Steady hands,
start to finish.

Sara Steyn has spent more than twelve years producing luxury, experiential and private events — for beauty houses, streaming studios and private clients who expect the room to feel effortless.

Her work covers the full arc of a production: concept development and creative direction, vendor sourcing and negotiation, budgets and timelines, staffing, and on-site execution through the final load-out. She has led production at Avant Creative and CS Global Group, has produced independently since 2009, and has built her reputation on the two things clients remember — calm on site, and relationships that outlast the event.

She studied Art History and Public Relations at Santa Monica College and Art History at the Università degli Studi di Firenze. Based in Boise, Idaho; producing nationwide.
